Update: Where have I been?!?!

HEY Guys!

Long time no see. I'm really sorry about that, I've just been so busy these last few months and I've also gone through a very extensive period of writers block and I'm still struggling to come up with ideas. So if there is anything you guys would like to see then let me know in the comments!

I've really focused on strengthening and creating new friendships the last two months and I'm in a really good and happy place in my life right now which is amazing. I've also been swamped with school work and just ensuring that my grades stay up. I've also reconnected with my religion and I cannot put into words how great that feels.

I'm sorry this post is so short but I'll try to put some more posts up soon!

Sweater Weather Tag!

Today's post is inspired by my favorite season ever, Fall!!!! I honestly love the chilly weather, the leaves on the ground, the beautiful colors everywhere! 1. Favorite candle scent?
I love "Marshmallow Fireside" from Bath and Body Works, it's so yummy and makes me feel so warm!!

2. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?
I think this is the hardest question I've ever had to answer, I love all three!!! If I had to choose probably coffee because it's there for me in my darkest times haha! Plus theres so many different flavors!

3. What's the best fall memory you have?
Probably apple picking with my family or carving pumpkins!

Everyday Makeup Routine!

Hey Everyone!!

Sorry about not posting in a couple weeks, I've been SO busy and it's only the beginning of the school year!!! Today I'm going to be showing you my everyday makeup routine! I do this when I wake up early enough to complete everything. That being said,  I usually end up skipping liquid liner because it takes awhile but I decided to show it to you anyways because if I could do this everyday then I would!

Starting off, I like to either wash my hands or use hand sanitizer before touching my face so that is what I am doing here, I absolutely adore the bath and body works hand sanitizers they are amazing!

Next up I am using my beauty blender (which I love and absolutely recommend!) to apply foundation to my face and a little bit to my neck! I'm currently using CoverGirl's trueBlend foundation in the

Hi Guys!!

After that slightly sad last post of mine yesterday, I thought that this one would be a slightly happier one!

Today I will be showing you guys some fall outfit inspiration! I don't know about you guys but I am just itching for the weather to get colder so that I can break out my sweaters, leggings, BOOTS!!! I absolutely adore boots. Last year I spent 3 months searching for the perfect chestnut colored boots and I finally found them and I am obsessed. I also have a pair of black riding boots that you will see later. I need to get a pair of booties so if you have any suggestions HELP A GIRL OUT!!! Hahaha!

Friendships.

Hey everyone,

Today's post is going to be very very personal and today is not the best day for me but I feel like writing about it will be somewhat therapeutic for me, or at least I hope it will be.

Basically, I have never had the best of luck with friendships, something always goes wrong. Let's just start from the beginning I guess. (No names will be mentioned)

Kindergarten-Third Grade:
So during this time I was friends with three other girls and our mothers were all really close and it was great. Until the middle of third grade. I was not in a class with any of them and we kind of just were't close at all and I don't remember if there was like a defining moment where I was no longer apart of the little group but I just wasn't friends with them anymore and I was kind of booted out. This then caused awkwardness with my mom and their moms and it was just a terrible situation.

5. Hair color: Dark brown in the fall/winter, light brown in the summer!

7. Which do you prefer- Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers: Cheeseburgers 100 without a doubt!!
8. Braces? : Not anymore but I had them on the top and bottom for just under a year!!
9. Piercings? : One ear piercing on my right ear and two on my left!
10. Do you color your hair?: Never... considering highlights but not for a while
11. Righty or Lefty: Lefty but just when I write, everything else I do with my right hand/side, it's quite odd. I'm trying to teach myself to be ambidextrous (able to write with both hands)
12. Favorite sports: Running (cross country), crew (rowing) and dancing
13. Do you wear contacts or glasses?: Nope, but I think I'll need them soon

20. Currently wearing: Sweatpants and a sweatshirt!! It's SO cold in my room!
21. Have you ever been to a different country?: Yes!! I used to live in Switzerland, and my parents are both born and raised in their home countries (my dad is 100% Irish, and my mom is 100% Turkish) and we visit both countries quite a bit as my family lives there and my parents just love to travel and so do I!
22. Do you like sushi?: If California Rolls count them yes.. lol
23. Where do you buy your groceries?: Trader Joe's and Whole Foods
24. How many siblings do you have?: One sister who's 10
25. Where do you want to live?: I want to live in London for a year because I just love the atmosphere there but I would love to raise my children in somewhere like Tennessee.

Oh hello there!

Hi everyone!! 

Welcome to my blog! I hope you stay awhile. I thought for my first blog post, I would introduce myself to you all and tell you a little bit about me. 

My name is Tara, and I am 15 years old. I was born in Connecticut, then moved to New York at the age of four. We lived there until I was 10. We then moved Switzerland for my parents jobs and after three years, we moved back to America! I'm going into 10th grade in a few days and I am both really nervous and really excited... 

In the fall I run for my school's cross country team and in the spring I am on my school's crew (rowing) team. I love reading, writing, music... honestly everything! 

I've decided to write this blog because I love everything about fashion, and beauty and I want to share my views on these topics and more with everyone so I hope you like my blog and I will be posting more very soon! I hope to see you there!
